The Roanoke Valley Early College is proud to be the oldest and original early college in the area, and we are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year. The Early College program is a wonderful opportunity for students to earn an associate’s degree, while getting
their high school diploma, all for free. We cover tuition and textbooks for each student, without any cost to them or their families.
Another key element of the early college model is smaller class sizes. This year, our average English, Math, and Science classes are about 17 students. This gives us the opportunity to really support our students in a smaller setting, and help them be successful academically and personally. These classes can then be transferred to a four-year university, and students can complete their bachelors degree in as short as 2 school years.
Applications will be due on 3/31/2023. We would love to have you be part of the RVEC family! This is an excellent opportunity to have free college classes!
